MINISO, a Japanese lifestyle designer brand, has opened four more franchise stores in Enugu, Kano, Rivers and Imo to deepen its presence in Nigeria, a ststement said.
MINISO co-founded by the Japanese designer Miyake Junya and Chinese young entrepreneur Mr. Ye Guofu in Tokyo Japan, said it has gotten positive feedback from Nigeria within 15 months of its operation between September 2017 and October 2018, opening 13 branches in different malls across the country.
Some of its stores are in Ikeja City Mall (Lagos), Circle Mall (Lagos), Festival Mall (Lagos), Novare Mall (Lagos), Palms Mall, Lekki (Lagos), Maryland Mall (Lagos), MM2 Airport departure lounge (Lagos), Leisure Mall, Surulere (Lagos),Jericho Mall (Ibadan), among others.
According to the statement, by December 31st 2018, MINISO would have a total number of 17 operational stores in 7 states, with expansion map to cover Cross River – Calabar, Onitsha – Anambra, Delta-Warri, Kaduna, Uyo-Akwaibom, Ondo-Akure, Kwara-Ilorin, Abuja and many more.
The statement said, “Currently MINISO Nigeria offers franchise investment opportunity that yields results within 18 months or less.
“Miniso pursues a simple, natural and quality life philosophy and a brand proposition of simplicity and going back to the essence.
“Its commodities include health and beauty, seasonal products, fashion bags, digital accessories, home accessories, stationary and gifts, etc.”
