Administration des Incitations

The Division is the Commission's contact point for the Economic Development Tax Incentive (EDTI), established under the Nigeria Tax Act, 2025. NIPC receives and processes EDTI applications, assesses compliance with Qualifying Capital Expenditure thresholds, evaluates eligibility, and issues EDTI Certificates on the approval of the President.
