On 27 January 2025, the Nigeria-Brazil Trade Mission was held at Fraser Suites Hotel, Abuja. NIPC's Executive Secretary/CEO, Ms Aisha Rimi, delivered a keynote address on investment opportunities for Brazilian businesses, focusing on agriculture, livestock, technology and job creation.
The event was attended by His Excellency Carlos Garcete, Ambassador of Brazil to Nigeria; Sen Abubakar Kyari, Honourable Minister of Agriculture and Food Security; Alhaji Idi Mukhtar Maiha, Honourable Minister of Livestock Development; and Dr Jumoke Oduwole, Honourable Minister of Trade and Investment, Federal Ministry of Industry, Trade and Investment.
NIPC reaffirmed its commitment to enhancing the business climate and attracting investment, with both countries working together to develop Nigeria's immense potential.
