At the Rivers State Investment Promotion Agency (RIPA) Breakout Session during the Port Harcourt International Trade Fair on 17 December 2025, the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) took an active seat at the table where ideas meet action.
Representing the Executive Secretary/CEO, Ms Aisha Rimi, the Director, Investor Relations, Mrs Lovina Kayode, led the NIPC team into a dynamic panel session themed "Unlocking Investment Opportunities in Rivers State: A Gateway to Economic Growth."
The discussion brought together investors, senior business leaders and key government stakeholders to share real-world experiences, address investment challenges, examine the policy and regulatory environment, and spotlight what it truly takes to build a thriving investment ecosystem in Rivers State.
NIPC's presence reinforced its core mandate: bridging investors and government, strengthening confidence, and shaping an environment where investments can land, grow and succeed. Beyond the dialogue, these engagements are expected to translate into stronger partnerships, policy alignment and actionable investment flows that drive sustainable economic growth.
