Strengthening investor confidence starts with strong institutions and smarter dispute resolution frameworks.
NIPC, led by Executive Secretary/CEO Ms Aisha Rimi, hosted a delegation from the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), part of the World Bank Group, at the Commission's Headquarters in Abuja to deepen collaboration on investment dispute prevention and resolution in Nigeria.
From Early Warning Systems (EWS) to Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms, the engagement spotlighted practical solutions that support a more secure, transparent and investor-friendly business environment. Discussions also explored technical support, capacity building, investment facilitation, reform-driven Bilateral Investment Treaties (BITs), and the ongoing review of the NIPC Act.
As Nigeria's foremost investment promotion agency, NIPC continues to drive reforms, strengthen investor protection, and build partnerships that position Nigeria as a competitive and trusted investment destination.
