The Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) welcomed Dr. Aliyu Isah Chikaji, PhD, Director General/CEO of the Yobe State Agency for Public-Private Partnership and Investment Promotion (YAPPPIP), on a visit aimed at strengthening Yobe State's investment ecosystem.
The engagement centred on Yobe State's request for capacity building and technical assistance to establish a One-Stop Shop (OSS) within YAPPPIP; a step towards making investment processes faster, simpler and more efficient for investors.
Receiving the delegation on behalf of the Executive Secretary/CEO, Mrs. Lovina Kayode, Director, Investor Relations, commended His Excellency, Hon. (Dr.) Mai Mala Buni, CON, Executive Governor of Yobe State, for his visionary commitment to creating a more enabling business environment and positioning the State as an attractive investment destination.
