Turning diplomatic ties into investment, jobs and industrial growth.
Strong economic partnerships are built on more than agreements. They thrive on predictability, efficient processes and an investment climate that gives businesses the confidence to grow.
At the Nigeria Economic Diplomacy Discourse (NEDD) in Abuja, hosted by the Centre for the Study of the Economies of Africa (CSEA), the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) highlighted the practical steps needed to deepen the Nigeria–South Korea economic partnership.
Mr Emmanuel Longza, Head, Investment Promotion Department, represented NIPC on a distinguished panel exploring "Trade, Investment and Business Climate: Enhancing Nigeria's Investment and Business Climate".
The conversation focused on what matters to investors:
More predictable regulations and streamlined investment processes
Stronger public–private sector partnerships
Technology transfer and knowledge exchange
Stronger local value chains
Investment opportunities in manufacturing, digital infrastructure and green energy
For NIPC, the mission is clear: make investment easier, connect investors to opportunities, and help translate investment into sustainable economic value.
As Nigeria and South Korea deepen their economic relationship, NIPC remains at the forefront of turning partnerships into investment, investment into industries, and industries into jobs and shared prosperity.
