NIPC Joins Federal Fact-Finding Team on Osun State-Segilola Resources Mining Dispute 01

On 11 October 2024, the Minister of Solid Minerals Development, Dr Dele Alake, reaffirmed the Federal Government's commitment to resolving the dispute between Osun State and Segilola Resources Operating Limited, and a fact-finding team, including Mr Zubeir S. Abubakar, representing NIPC, was inaugurated to investigate and ensure fairness in mining operations.

Collaboration between the Federal and State governments is key to fostering an investment-friendly mining environment in Nigeria.
