On 23 October 2024, the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) was represented at the Forum of Former Deputy Governors of Nigeria's 2024 Conference, themed 'Strategic Solutions for Good Governance, Food Security, and Sustainable Growth', held at the Abuja Continental Hotel, where Mr Rashid Ahmad, representing the Executive Secretary/CEO of NIPC, delivered a goodwill message.
In attendance were notable leaders, including former Governors Dr Victor Attah (Akwa Ibom) and Chief Olusegun Osoba (Ogun) as Chairman and Co-chairman, alongside the National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Dr Abdullahi Ganduje. The Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), the Minister of Defence, Governor Hope Uzodinma and esteemed members of the Diplomatic Corps from the European Union and Polish Embassies were also present.
Together, they charted a path towards good governance, food security and sustainable growth for Nigeria.
