The 2024 Aba International Trade Fair, organised by the Abia State Government in partnership with the Aba Chamber of Commerce, Industry, Mines and Agriculture (ACCIMA), was held from 28 November to 7 December 2024 at the vibrant Aba Mega Mall along the Aba-Port Harcourt Expressway in Abia State.
Under the theme 'Abia Reforms, Limitless Opportunities', this landmark event gathered business leaders, organisations, exhibitors and manufacturers from all 36 states of Nigeria and beyond, uniting to propel Nigeria's economic growth in line with the President's 8-point agenda.
Representing the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) were Mr Eric U. Ani, Head of the South East Zonal Office (SEZO), Mr Okeke Nchege, Abia State Desk Officer for SEZO, and Miss Ngozi Dike.
NIPC extended its appreciation to His Excellency, Dr Alex C. Otti, OFR, the Executive Governor of Abia State, for officially opening the fair, which ushered in a platform of collaboration, innovation and progress.
At its booth, NIPC engaged with visitors to discuss ways to improve the business climate, champion investment opportunities and drive sustainable development in Nigeria.
