On 30 January 2025, NIPC concluded an enriching two-day engagement with its counterparts from Brazil, ApexBrazil, who visited Nigeria with an impressive delegation of Brazilian businesses and government officials. The visit reinforced NIPC's commitment to the mutually beneficial cooperation of the Global South, following its trip to Brazil the previous year.
Key areas of interest for future collaboration include agriculture, livestock, and job creation, with Brazil eager to share its knowledge and technology.
NIPC emphasised its pivotal role in fostering investments and improving the business environment. The event gathered high-ranking government officials from both nations, and a subsequent meeting hosted by NIPC included subnational and sister agencies discussing emerging opportunities.
