On 10 April 2025, the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) played host to a high-level Chinese business delegation, facilitated by Brains & Hammers Nigeria Limited. The visit follows the successful Presidential Investment Mission to China, led by His Excellency, President Bola Ahmed Tinubu, GCFR.
The delegation comprised representatives from Brains & Hammers Limited China, HengKei Group, and Redship of China, companies with strong investment interests in real estate development, off-grid solar energy solutions, and drone manufacturing.

The MoU sets the stage for collaborative investment projects across Nigeria, including large-scale real estate ventures, drone production, and the development of critical infrastructure such as cement and railway manufacturing facilities.
The delegation was received by Mrs Uchenna Okonkwo (Deputy Director, Incentive Administration); Mrs Wange Dia and Mrs Gloria Chukwu (Deputy Directors, Investor Relations); Mr Hassan (Deputy Director, One-Stop Investment Centre); Mrs Amina Audu (Deputy Director, Reforms); Mrs Patience Iruke (Assistant Director, Policy Advocacy), Ms Janet Dali (Assistant Director, Incentives Administration) and Ms Jane Uzoegwu (Assistant Director, Investment Promotion).
The team provided comprehensive insights into the Commission's facilitation services and investment support mechanisms.
