The Executive Secretary/CEO of NIPC, Ms Aisha Rimi, and Deputy Director/Head of Incentives Administration, Mrs Uche Okonkwo, participated in the high-level Presidential Enabling Business Environment Council (PEBEC) Retreat held for Heads of MDAs.
The retreat convened key figures from government agencies, development partners, and stakeholders across the public and private sectors, focusing on strengthening interagency collaboration, reassessing service delivery, and developing actionable strategies to enhance efficiency, transparency and responsiveness across Nigeria's public service.
Highlights from the retreat included the adoption of a unified Service Charter framework for all MDAs, renewed commitment to interagency collaboration, the appointment of reform champions in key MDAs, and PEBEC's support for capacity building across agencies.
The Deputy Chief of Staff to the President delivered the opening remarks, underscoring the strategic role of collaboration in public service transformation, while the retreat concluded with closing remarks by the Vice President, His Excellency Kashim Shettima.
