NIPC Reception

The Deputy Director/Head of Corporate Communications at the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC), Mr Vincent Usiahon, represented the Commission at the 2025 Africa Trade Consortium, themed "The Tea Break", held at the Grand Pela Hotel, Abuja.

The gathering brought together key stakeholders, including the Ambassadors of Egypt, Uganda and Cote d'Ivoire, and spotlighted the potential within Africa's tea industry as a symbol of both cultural heritage and economic opportunity.

As a key driver of investment promotion, NIPC's participation underscored its strategic commitment to enhancing intra-African trade and investment flows, positioning Nigeria as a central player in the continent's trade transformation, with the aim of seeing increased collaboration, investment partnerships and stronger regional value chains emerge from such engagements.

NIPC remains optimistic that platforms like this will spark sustainable growth, open up new trade corridors, and elevate Africa's presence on the global trade map.
