Following the National Dialogue on Promoting Sustainable and Responsible Business Practices for Decent Work in Nigeria, held on 27-28 May 2025, the Nigerian Investment Promotion Commission (NIPC) welcomed a high-level delegation from the International Labour Organization (ILO), Geneva, to its Headquarters in Abuja.
The delegation was received by Hajja Gana Wakil, Director of Investment Promotion, alongside Mr Emmanuel Longza, Deputy Director, on behalf of the Executive Secretary/CEO.
Discussions centred on deepening collaboration to attract sustainable and responsible investments, aligned with Nigeria's development agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Together, NIPC and the ILO are championing a future where investment meets purpose, driving decent work, economic inclusion and environmental responsibility.
