From 14 to 17 July 2025, NIPC participated as a strategic partner at the 4th African Natural Resources and Energy Investment Summit (AFNIS) in Abuja, where the Commission chaired the Content Sub-Committee.
Representing the Executive Secretary/CEO, Mr Emmanuel Longza, Deputy Director of the Extractive Division, delivered a presentation titled "Investment Promotion and Facilitation in Nigeria's Natural Resources and Energy Sector".
The presentation emphasised NIPC's commitment to opening up Africa's resource potential, streamlining regulatory processes, fostering investor trust and transparency, and attracting private sector participation in solid minerals, oil and gas, and renewable energy.
