With the approval and support of Executive Secretary/CEO Ms Aisha Rimi, Ms Meekness Nweke of the Executive Secretary's Office and Mr Lawrence Afolabi of Corporate Communications successfully completed the three-day National Protocol Workshop, held from 5-7 August 2025 at the Serene Exclusive Hotel, Wuye, Abuja.
Facilitated by the De-Ivy League School of Protocol and Diplomacy, the workshop covered etiquette in protocol, effective communication, networking in protocol, emotional intelligence, and order of precedence.
This was more than just a training; it was a strategic investment in NIPC's professionalism, capacity and service excellence. With these enhanced skills, participants are now better equipped to raise protocol standards at high-profile engagements, strengthen stakeholder relationships and representation, apply emotional intelligence for smooth service delivery, and serve as in-house knowledge champions.
